Rates  (Price is to rent the whole house.  Six people, maximum occupancy)   At The Homeplace at Trailcrest Farm, rates go down the longer you stay:

Reduced rate - January to March:                            $110/night for 5 (or more) nights and as low as $150 per night for a 2-night stay!                                                                                                                                                April through December 2008:  
6 Nights or more:  $125 per night                   

5 Nights: $135 per night                  

4 Nights: $160 per night                                  

3 Nights: $175 per night                                 

2  Nights: $200 per night
